They give impulses for aspects like processes, market implementation, observation of technology or internationalization.

• In a half day Audit, the capability of your company to handle and further develop innovation relevant processes will be analysed and reviewed. Methodologically, this evaluation is based on a structured interview with the chief operating officer.
• A report of 30 pages will result from the Audit. Strengths, lack of strengths and especially development potentials of your company for each process will be shown in the report. Those ordered steps are evident in the final report, which your consultant will explain in the closing meeting.
